Shipping and Returns
We proudly ship Knuckles Valley products to over 150 countries—fresh from harvest, pure and direct from Ceylon (Sri Lanka).
Shipping Details
Shipping All orders are dispatched via DHL, ensuring reliable international delivery. Once your order is confirmed, tracking details will be emailed within two working days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on customs clearance in your country. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total shipment weight, including packaging. Customs, Duties & Import Restrictions
Customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with their order. We strongly recommend consulting your local authorities regarding import regulations before making a purchase. If an order is returned due to import restrictions, we will refund the product cost; however, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that if customs authorities confiscate restricted items, we regret that no refunds can be issued under such circumstances.
Order Cancellation Policy
To ensure swift and efficient service, all orders are processed automatically upon receipt. If you wish to cancel your order, please submit your request within one hour of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in transit and unfortunately cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please email us at marketing@knucklesvalley.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization Number. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and shipped prepaid with “RETURN TO VENDOR” clearly marked. Please note that shipping charges and any duties or taxes incurred on our end will be deducted from your refund. Perishable items, including food and beverages, are non-returnable and non-refundable. Returns not shipped within one week of authorization or any refused shipments will not be eligible for a refund.
Backorders
If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be shipped at no additional cost once it becomes available. Should the item remain unavailable for more than two weeks, we will automatically cancel it and issue a refund for the product. In cases where your order requires multiple shipments due to backorders, we will cover domestic ground shipping for any subsequent deliveries. Please note that this does not apply to international orders.
Order Processing Issues
We strive to process all orders promptly. Delays may occur due to:
- Credit Card Issues: If we’re unable to process your payment, we’ll attempt to contact you.
- Incomplete Shipping Address: Including PO Box-only addresses or missing details.
